I, Being Evil, Have Risen.

     Hello, all. My name is Virginia Tefft. I'm a Halloween enthusiast who has decided to create a blog that will help others create a better, more enjoyable Halloween (and hopefully save some change in the process). I've loved Halloween and things of darkness since I was a kid. Halloween was my favorite holiday as a kid because I loved dressing up and trick or treating--which kid doesn't?! I have many happy memories from those years, many of which I still relive whenever I drive down those streets. In fact, everywhere I drive, I see Halloween--how it could be decorated, what it would look like covered in leaves and jack-o-lanterns, lighting I could use to make every individual house more creepy than it is the rest of the year.
     I trick or treated until I was 23. I'm 25, now, and would much prefer to be giving the candy rather than receiving (not saying I'm more grown up, just saying my preferences have changed). I make it my goal to share Halloween cheer to everyone I can possibly touch with it. My style with Halloween is typically classically scary with a sensual touch. I'm not much for cutesy decorations or costumes, though I will share some that really catch my eye.
     Speaking of things I'm planning on posting, my posts will include lists of music that will make your Halloween atmosphere more creepy, fun costume ideas that are both scary and funny, how to plant some of my favorite festive foods for the holiday (and having them ready in time), as well as any creepy stories of my own and much, much more.
It is now time for me to get back to work in my research and brain storming for my second official post in this new fantastic forum of mine. I will leave you with a picture of me at a zombie walk (though looking more like a vampire than a zombie):
